Bhit Khatkah Jep Miship Celebration – Jos Branch

A Grand Celebration of Unity and Progress

On June 8, 2025, the esteemed sons and daughters of Miship gathered at De Bridge Ville for the Bhit Khatkah Jep Miship celebration, a grand event that showcased the community’s rich cultural heritage and commitment to collective progress. The occasion featured two thought-provoking paper presentations on “The Trajectory of the Miship Man in the Political Terrain,” delivered by Chief Koppe Sylvanus Joseph and Mr. Nanshin P. Damuut.

A Journey of Reflection and Inspiration

Chief Koppe Sylvanus Joseph’s presentation provided a comprehensive overview of the Miship man’s journey in the political terrain, highlighting the community’s historical context, turning points, achievements, challenges, and way forward. He emphasized the need for youth empowerment, leadership training, economic collaboration, and alliances with other ethnic groups to propel the Miship Nation towards greatness. The presentation was a masterful blend of historical analysis, insightful commentary, and inspiring vision. Gideon Dashe, and appointment of Hon. Pefun J. Ndom as PLASIEC Commissioner.
